Oxford Instruments NanoScience COVID-19 Support Update
In response to the Coronavirus outbreak, we are following the guidance from relevant authorities and taking the appropriate steps to protect our customers, employees and community.
On behalf of Oxford Instruments Nanoscience, we would like to take a moment to thank you for your business and let you know that we remain available to support you.
The health, safety and wellbeing of our customers and staff is the utmost priority. So, collectively we are taking all necessary measures to maintain and ensure this. Whilst we cannot always provide the on-site support we would like to because of the current COVID-19 crisis, we are still arranging support and installation visits where our global network of Field Service Engineers are able to visit and local regulations permit.
We are still shipping spares and we have a variety of other methods available to support you including remote assistance . We would welcome a conversation with you at this time to make arrangements and understand where else we can assist you.
Our plan is to resume our normal, friendly service as soon as possible and in the meantime we will be working hard to ensure any installations, service visits or repairs that have been affected or postponed can run as planned, as soon as this has passed.
